Fight Flow Academy’s youth programs, Fight Flow Juniors (ages 7-10) and Fight Flow Teens (ages 11-15), are designed to help students build strength, coordination, self-defense skills, and confidence, all while having fun!
Each level offers a program tailored to the unique developmental needs of each age group, combining martial arts with fitness and personal growth.

The Fight Flow Juniors program is all about making fitness and learning fun, teaching young students foundational martial arts skills through game-based exercises and sports activities. Juniors will learn striking, clinch and ground techniques that are effective for self-defense, along with performance-focused fitness activities that develop essential athletic skills.

Does your teen need a confidence boost or a safe way to build leadership skills?
The Fight Flow Teens program provides comprehensive mixed martial arts training with training including Muay Thai, submission wrestling, and self-defense, in addition to classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and boxing. Designed for students 11-15, this program builds physical skills, mental resilience, and the discipline to thrive both on and off the mat.
