We're one month away from the start of our summer camps for 2022! We will be running camp on weekday mornings for youth ages 8 - 16.
The camp curriculum focuses on mixed martial arts and fitness activities to improve conditioning, strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Martial arts can provide unique benefits for young people to help them set goals, overcome challenges, develop useful skills, and stay safe. Our youth program is designed to teach practical self-defense and personal safety practices, in addition to sport-focused boxing, kickboxing, grappling, and other mixed martial arts.
Students will also raise their overall fitness level in a fun environment that emphasizes respect and teamwork.
