We practice gratitude through its expression: kind words and actions, journaling and artwork, or simply giving attention to the blessings in our lives.

In our house, my family has been playing a short three-minute gratitude game every day. For three minutes, we alternate talking about things we are thankful for, including each other.

Today is an excellent opportunity to tell you loved ones the things you appreciate about them!

Happy Thanksgiving, we're thankful for you!
