Your mindset is determined by your life practices, day-in, day-out, which in turn develop your capabilities and beliefs about self.


As I've written previously, building resilience is a fundamental goal of training in martial arts. In the bigger picture, if we adopt a growth mindset, we open up to the possibility of personal growth and positive change.
